Yes, our fabric selections can change daily, although we have some fabrics that are always in stock.

It is very important to DressByDesign that you are satisfied with your purchases; therefore, be aware that color changes slightly from one computer monitor to another. We will send up to two fabric swatches (at no charge) if you'd like to see a fabric in advance of ordering a dress. We can not guarantee the fabric will still be available when you are ready to place your order. Also, there is a $5 charge for each additional swatch after the first 2. You can request fabric swatches by calling 888-676-8461 or by emailing us at service [at] dressbydesign [dot] com.

Gift certificates are available on the website. See our Gift Certificates section for more information. Or you can call us at 1-888-676-8461 and we will send you a gift certificate.

Because your dress is being custom made, it will take from 3-4 weeks from the time you order to when it is delivered. If you have a special event, just let us know the date needed in the Comments section of your order. We will send you a confirmation email when your dress has been shipped.

Yes, all of your personal and financial information you input is encrypted on a secure server. This makes it impossible for any unauthorized parties to read any information you have stored with us. You will never have to worry about ordering with a credit card.

Our website uses the latest web technology including Javascript and Asynchronous Javascript + XML (AJAX) so it's imperative to have a modern browser to design and purchase your custom dress.

We recommend using the latest Firefox web browser. However, browsers such as Safari and Internet Explorer 6+ will work as well.
