Shipping Policy

Because your clothing is custom-sewn, please allow 3-4 weeks from date of order to delivery. If you have a special event, just let us know the date needed in the Comments section below. If it is a rush order, there is an additional charge of $50.00 which would be added only after we confirm with you.

Products shipped to US addresses are sent via the USPS using 2-3 day priority mail at $11.95 for shipping and handling per order. Express or international shipping options are also available starting at $24.95. Please note the delivery timeframe for international shipping will probably be longer.

For local customers who pick up their clothing, the shipping charge is applied to up to 2 fittings.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise including shipping and handling fees for orders shipped to New York.

Return Policy

We are committed to customer satisfaction. For standard sizes, we offer one size alteration, free of charge, if there is a problem with the fit and will accept returns of unworn, unwashed clothing for a prompt, full refund (excluding shipping) if returned within 7 days. For custom measurements, we offer one size alteration, free of charge, if there is a problem with the fit, but we regret that custom sized clothing can NOT be returned for a refund.

We do not refund the cost of shipping or return shipping. To help us improve our products, please provide feedback as to why you are returning your clothing.
