Our goal is to provide our customers with high-quality, custom-sewn dresses. All dresses are constructed using the highest sewing standards. Seams are serged and hems are blind-stitched. Dresses have an invisible zipper at the back. Dresses are lined at no additional charge depending on the fabric chosen. The dress styles are designed for comfort yet remain fashionable.

DressByDesign guarantees that our dresses will be free from defects in the material and workmanship.

We are committed to customer satisfaction. For standard sizes, we offer one size alteration, free of charge, if there is a problem with the fit or we will reimburse you up to $25 for a one-time alteration at your local seamstress or tailor. We will accept returns of unworn, unwashed dresses for a prompt, full refund (excluding shipping) if dresses are returned within 7 days.

For custom measurements, we will alter any dress once, free of charge, if there is a problem with the fit, or we will reimburse you up to $25 for a one-time alteration at your local seamstress or tailor. We regret that custom measurement dresses can NOT be returned for a refund.
